Challenge: The bank is the largest mutual savings bank in New York, but its messaging and brand had become old and irrelevant. The goal of the campaign was to increase new checking account customers.
Solution: The tactical checking account campaign focuses on making Ridgewood customers feel special in a friendly and relevant way while making potential customers take notice.
